I am so happy to finally be able to share this exciting news, which by the way was sooooo hard to hide, especially when you have ALL-DAY sickness. I refuse to call it morning sickness when it’s an all-day thing! Even through the sickness, I am staying positive because of the beautiful gift it comes along with. I am 3 months pregnant and my husband and I are beyond excited and grateful for this new chapter in our lives. We still can’t believe it’s real LOL. God’s timing is so Perfect! It was an amazing gift for both of our families, and we were so thrilled to announce it on a beautiful day, which was Thanksgiving; A day to stop and be thankful for everything in your life, and boy did we have things to be thankful for this year! We hosted this wonderful holiday at our home and got our families together.
This was super challenging because not everyone lives here in Orlando, and we all work in the hospitality industry, which if you’re familiar it means crazy hours during the holidays! We did, however, make it happen and it was perfect! Not only did we get to celebrate our announcement of a new family member, but also my brother-in-law’s engagement (Ahhhh! I am still so happy and he did it in the most romantic way!) Lastly, we got to celebrate my mom being completely cancer free! This was a very tough year, but I can honestly say I learned many lessons along the way and managed to keep a positive attitude throughout, which led to my bundle of happiness at the end. I really wanted to share our excitement with you all, and as always, I hope to be able to inspire everyone to always work through tough times! There really is a light at the end of the tunnel, and greatness always lies ahead if we are patient and persistent!
I surprised my husband by saying he had a delivery from Amazon, his face was priceless!
Oh and lastly, Boy or Girl, it doesn’t matter! We already love you so much! Although we have the envelope with the baby’s gender, I promise we have not opened it! We will know it soon, once we do the reveal, so stay tuned! I had the blue nail polish before I went to the doctor and got the envelope, so don’t think its a clue lol.
I do want to ask though,
Team Boy or Team Girl?
